Book Sharing Monday

P is for Passport: a World Alphabet is part of a series of alphabet books from Sleeping Bear Press that we have enjoyed for the last few years.

"The letter Q stands for quest, quests both large and small, from climbing Kilimanjaro to seeing Niagara Falls. Look for a monster in deep Loch Ness, or search for a giant blue whale. Walk a while on China's Great Wall, or hike the Appalachian Trail. Admire the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel, dig for a dinosaur bone. Snorkel along the Great Barrier Reef, and kiss the Blarney Stone."
The main story is also supplemented by extra facts on each double page, explaining a bit more about the information just read.
